This one has lots of future value, i.e. 2014-15+. Investors have no patience these days when the chart is lifeless so they jump out. Simple as that would be my guess.
However now that it's close to breaking it's downtrend they stick their heads up like prairie dogs. This is how traders take advantage.
Also could be some news pretty soon about contracts I'd guess.
