    Yes, I got an investment note from ABN Amro (Warren Edney) this morning that basically states that OZ Minerals (A$0.55) is a Hold with a TP A$0.83.

    In their view the all-cash bid of A$0.825ps is a fair price. He states that they believe this is a good result for shareholders as debt issues would likely weigh on the share price in the absence of the takeover proposal.
