    There is no doubt in my mind that unless the board fire Andrew Michelmore immediately its over for OZL.

    Failure of the board to do so is violation of a thousand corporate laws and ASIC and ASX regulations.

    The Chairman and some board members will also go to jail for failure to adhere to Fidiciary duties.

    CEO has got to go today.
