ASIC investigation is next ....would be my read on whats to come next.
The banks really dont want admin...Lose/Lose.
Rights issue is impossible with AM at the helm.
The Chairman must fulfill his legal and fidiciaty duty and fire the CEO and call an EGM to appoint new directors.
That is the right, proper and legal solution.
