@Justadabble thank you for pointing me to the relevant docs. I'm following about 20 stocks...sometimes I miss the key detail.
Timetable tells us a subtle but key point . ... demerger will happen. Only mystery is terms. Fingers crossed. Hopefully the gurvantes wells outperform.
I agree with you in that the timimg of the STX offer is not ideal for TPD holders. Would have been better if it was delayed by 6 months.
