Gus, how goes Mrs Pam Viviano and the other petitioners in their case against Strata? Any more news? May I request an update on the position of PEN on the claim and any response to the case by Monday am pre-open?
It caused a hell of a stir here last weekend and clarification would be useful in these trying times for investors and traders.
