Here is a list of applications to the NRC in relation to licensing timeframes, interesting to compare to others.

PEN is listed as Strata Energy Inc. They've submitted a letter of intent on the 01/08/10, and will sumbit their final application on or before Dec-10. Interesting date for letter of intent considering Pen's announcement of;

"Peninsula Minerals Limited (Peninsula) is pleased to advise that on October 6, 2009 it submitted formal notice to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of its intention to submit an application for a uranium recovery licence at the Ross Project in Wyoming, USA (Ross)."

I'd imagine the final application would obviously be reliant on completion of the Initial JORC --> Plant Design -->(any amended JORC).
