The design of the plant is not on the critical path to production at present so IMO if the Design takes a little longer (be it only 7 days atm) it?s not a major issue time wise (IMO construction will and CAN ONLY be committed to post permit approval).

I for one would feel more comfortable knowing the plant has been designed, reviewed and re-reviewed before receiving the green light for construction, rather than have construction start only to find changes are necessary that ultimately impact construcation cost and possibly delay actual production.

Lyntek IMO is competent and respected and would not compromise its credibility or that of the design by releasing plans because they were anticipated.

If you are genuinely concerned with regards to the progress and release of the plant design I can only suggest you contact PEN directly to address the matter.
