First of all Neptune Marine may get a whole load more contracts! I'm holding as well, lets hope it crosses above $1 and becomes another WorleyParsons type on the charts.
And yeah the US... just pathetic really, world's richest country my ass. Most of that richness is debt anyway. They built some really crap levees in the first place during Katrina.
Now they have levees which aren't even much taller (from 8m to 10m I believe?), wtf is that going to do? Stop a few splashes maybe? They should have just built a massive 20m to 30m levee full with the power of titanium. And the sad thing is they haven't even finished the current levees in three years.
