The loan is conditional upon the above, so the way i am reading this is, this doesnt necessarily mean ANZ have confidence in the project, but have conditions in place to protect their cash.

If the project is successful, then there shouldn't be any concerns.

strategy to put a facility in place to account for any future changes in conditions.”

All these article about which way gold is going yet the MD is obviously not as confident as the gold articles presented.
