Reiner I don't think that is obvious; keep in mind there are always traders that either have no idea on whether or not the news is all that important or couldn't care less- they just trade for quick profit.
That 435k is worth $16k. It means nothing. It may have been nothing more than a quick profit and nothing to do with their interpretation of the news.
That interest rate of 5.6% blew my mind. That's below the standard home loan rate (which has a house for collateral) and is on a project without a bankable feasibility study and from a reputable leading bank.
Great result.
