I suspect this afternoon's selling will be related to more convertible note exercising .
My understanding of this is - whilst the shareprice is somewhat held back by the convertible note holder's selling to get cash to exercise the notes, NDO is relieved of repaying cash to the note holder (from previous capital injection), and NDO gets extra cash for the note holder to exercise . I think the last parcel exercised saw NDO get $1 million ?
Excuse me if I am misinterpreting .
