even if your fantasy was correct, it is now abundantly clear that finding the odd rogue big diamond will do nothing lasting for the company's fortunes. The days of expecting a big diamond find to come to the rescue of LOM are over.
LOM's fortunes now rest on finding primary diamond sources and so far they have not been successful, in fact they have only just started. If companies such as BHP take years to discover such things you can imagine what that does for LOM's timeline....
