Can’t believe I’m being charged for no service. Tried the support line 1300658355 4 times today. 1st waited 8 minutes before hanging up 2nd time 9 plus minutes hung up 3rd time 19.5 minutes hung up 4th time another 19 minutes without answer. Does anyone actually work there anymore? What a stain on ANZ’s brand to be associated with CMC. Mind you the stain has been getting bigger each year and each inquiry. There’s got to be an easier option. Any recommendations are welcome. cheers papermoney
