I'm very glad they didn't rise as I have two houses in aus and living overseas on holiday. The australian dollar is going my way with cheap conversion but the price of Australian assets are expensive, this month was rates, water and insurance, minus $3K kachow!But I believe in the long term outlook, just expensive right now!Renting two out, including the home, the home cost me 1.5 months rent to set up and just coming online with payments but with storage fees I'm gonna need a job before the end of the year, but lucky cause I can teach people things so jobs are easy. I will hold what I have.
