This looks like pressure being applied to the government to get environmental approvals. Give us the approvals and we will make a 1000 jobs. D-tree where they have been drilling and want to mine is surrounded by the gregory wild river area including areas of high preservation value. Currently they can't get approval to drill lady annie.
Mining in the 3rd quarter is not realistic imo.
