The Company wishes to advise that Mr Mark Elliott and Mr Mark Kerr have today been appointed Directors of the Company.
Mr Mark Elliott is a non-executive director of Spotless Group Limited and of Ellendale Resources NL. Mr Elliott is a former partner of the international law firm Minter Ellison specialising in corporate and securities law and a former director of Computershare Limited, E*Trade Limited, Oakton Limited and Mineral Deposits Limited.
Mr Mark Kerr is a director of Ellendale Resources NL.
Furthermore, the Company advises that Mr Joseph Gutnick and Mr Mordechai Gutnick have resigned as Directors.
