On the question of substantial shareholders, if there has been a reportable change in anyone's holdings then we can expect to see an announcement lob. Otherwise speculation is pointless, don't worry be happy!
As a matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprised is Scarva is right and there has been an element of churning going on, but for what purpose I wouldn't know.
