Point is we have seen many variations of feasibility studies etc. over quite a long time span now - as others have said, given the repeated time delays (African time and other), court issues, lengthy suspensions from trading, arguably some reputation issues and general market malaise until a solid deal with a big boy is announced it really is more of the same....
I don't think anyone really doubts the project itself, just whether the people running the show (and those behind the scenes no doubt pulling the levers) will actually bed down a deal?
You can only cry wolf so many times....
Personally, I'm still a believer, simply because i think the Pt sector has a very bright future, but the road has been very very rocky.
