    As mentioned, it appears to be flawed if they just target revenue via advertising dollars based on their direct end users.

    I think they should be partnering with brands to deliver innovative while label technology e.g. go to Toyota or BMW and create an in-car GuveraAuto version which allows drivers to have their own custom music genre radio stations (via the in-car audio system perhaps coupled with an M2M embedded SIM).  Or partner with Shopping Centres in a similar way via WiFi hotspots...

    ...to help their Partners rollout "sticky" add-on technology that deliver a unique and high quality user experience.

    The Partners could then fund the licensing costs.

    Maybe they are already thinking of such ideas and/or maybe these are flawed, but they need some innovative runs on the board beyond the simple and ageing advertiser funded music streaming model.

    As it stands, I wouldn't go near the IPO.

    Maybe Guvera MkII or III...?
