I am not too worried about the past as that it what it is.

We will not get much money from PIF if any from the legal path.

I think what we are trying to achieve is some satisfaction through the current ASIC court proceedings currently under way and the changes definitely required to the legislation through the current Senate Enquiry in which I have submitted as well as other PIF members which I can only assume you are part off.
