I sold land thinking it was time to cash in...ha ha
40% cash 50% BHP 10% SBN...SBN will save me.
Taken a fair hit in line with the market I was making a
good living day trading the blue chips until i decided to
ride it out.
Not happy but if i think long term
I can sleep.
Anyway crystallize the loss to reduce the cgt on the land...
which went up 1000%.
So it could be worse and then again its anyones guess
what bhp will be in june.
I hope around $39.
