    Why would the BOD buy shares when they can award them for free, seek majority of shareholder approval similar to remuneration and wallah magic takes it's course - they ain't shy...

    Can guarantee they won't miss those boats once in sight.

    Performance rights I guess is another strategy at their disposal - awaiting deployment, premature.
