Actually there is two wet seasons in Guyana, the main one in May-June and a less serve one in December
Try had problems with the wet season early on, once they got into mining into fresh rock they where able to use the waste rock to line the haul roads and pit walls.
Dealing with water in a big pit would be a bit of an issue but it's not a big issue and can be dealt with
