In Guyane we await the licence extension and a firm commitment from the
Operator, Hardman Resources Limited ('Hardman'), for the drilling of the large
Matamata prospect. Tullow Oil Plc, who have recently announced a recommended
offer to acquire Hardman, have announced that they are planning to drill the
substantial Matamata prospect in the third quarter of 2007.
