Why announce the farmout agreement now? The timing seems strange

I have thought about it and come up with the following in no particular order of perference

a) Mr Potter is trying to keep HDR independant

b) Mr Potter has stepped out of line to entice a second bid

c) Mr Potter has spoken to Tullow they are ultra confident of winning the day and have said fine by us

Personally I would have said to GdeF can the release wait till we know the outcome of the vote on 18 December

Does anyone have any further views on releasing the data now. It is not what I was expecting
