I think Simon just wants to make it look like hes been paid for more than sitting on his laurels. The agreement as I quickly read it is ok but not spectacular. Seems to give GdeF the option of pulling out before drilling, and any drilling looks like 2008 sometime. It doesnt stipulate to what extent HDRs share of expenses will be met by GdeF, maybe its not much more than 20%
