guyane farmout near, or impact of oil price

HDR's share price rise this am would suggest to me that the Guyane farmout announcement is closer than many of us dare to think. If we re- read the HDR June quarterly report p4, we see that the Guyane project is now moving towards 3D seismic and drilling plans are underway to meet well drilling commitments. But, despite the fact that the last three quarterlies have made mention of farmout discussions taking place with internaltional companies, no mention of this was made for the June report. I am tempted to conclude that either the farmout is VERY close to being announced or the short sellers needed to cover in view of the rising oil prices.
