    I think it would be a risky play on Hardman's part to leave it this late. As far as I recall, the first committment well has to be drilled by mid 2006 and they may find themsleves in a poor negotiating position if they are running out of time to sign up a partner.

    I wouldn't be suprised however if the farm in partner requires CESM to be run prior to selecting the target. Its obviously in both party's interst.

    Off course, all IMHO and I pride myself on getting things wrong :)
