The ideal scenario imho would be to spend the money on an em survey of guyane to back up the seismic - assuming the em produces the goods this half in mauritania - this would either boost the farm out value considerably or give a reason to sole risk drilling a well - 2500mmbls / 640m shares = huge SP.
I agree though - they need to book a rig soon or will run out of time.
