It will be very interesting to see where the 10% gets placed ie do the directors themselves buy up and shore up bmn against a takeover or it goes in one hit to a block buyer or it gets spread over several different buyers. Any of the latter ways results in a significant lessening of a bmn defence against a cheap takeover (well cheaper than a lot of would've been hoping for)
