Okay, but there are a number of mainstream margin lenders who don't have BMN. And my argument still stands as he also had shares in CYL with Opes which given its market cap is unlikely to be available with other lenders.
And whether or not BMN is available with other margin lenders really is only skirting around the major issue here.
