CNP were caught out borrowing short term money to buy long term assets. Fundamentally flawed??? Yes, but the assets especially the australian shopping centres are good assets. So this is a liquidity issue not operational. If the banks give time for Centro to realise asset sales at fair value prices than theres VALUE to be salvaged. It's that simple!!! Sure this is never going back to anywhere near 5 bucks, but $1 to $2 is not out of the question. So there's money to be made for the brave.
