In the IPO statement, they mentioned most of the raised funding will be used for R&D and marketing. However, according to their recent announcement, the money will be used for micro-financing to SMBs. I invested in APV which is supposed to be a IT hightech company. If I knew this move, i would have removed them from my radar. Anyhow a class action can be fired?
