    So giving shareholders an opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns, and to give flight plan over the coming weeks would not be appropriate?

    I'm with Andy, as shareholders it would be nice to know what they plan on doing in the next few weeks before cash runs out. If insolvency is inevitable - maybe close shop, sell assets, and try and give back what they can to shareholders, instead of sitting around doing nothing and being paid for it.
