Its all talk from both sides. Im looking at their actions.
If GW was genuine about doing the best for all shareholders he'd put the board on notice and then ask for resignations. Not try and usurp the company.
Yes the project has been delayed. All project like this get delayed. You either suck it up and continue or sell up.
