I just read one of Norm’s earlier Posts ( post# 62696753 ) which did make me think a bit more about the relationships PB has. Norm does make some good points in this post but I keep coming back to 3 things.

- If PB honestly does think he can pull this off, why has he not invested his own money?

- After the past challenge, why did the board not recognize and accept that communication and shareholder engagement was not adequate and actually do something about it.

- After so long of the status quo, when if not now do we do something to hold the board to account? What evidence/binding agreements other than “fluff announcements” have been provided which gives support to their ability to achieve their goals, timelines and targets?

For me Norms post did give good for thought. But when you look at the whole picture (and history) into account rather than just the 1 valid point, then the argument to maintain the status quo still doesn’t stack up for me.
