The current board is out of their depth now. Their skill set got us as far as it did, but they are lacking now. The current proposed chair and Director will pick up with the skill set we now need. GW's mandate is to fill the board which highly qualified and RELEVANT members, assist in getting CLC, NT Gov and finance and him step aside. He explained what he hopes to achieve with this action for him personally and staying on for a prolonged period prevents him from achieving what he wants longer term outside of TNG.
On the other hand, Burton has cheesed off the NT EPA, we haven't heard a peep about his progress with CLC and the only funds he's managed to attract is by giving cheap shares at the cost of existing shareholders.
