Biddle notified the market on 22-08-2016 of reducing his role at PLS.

The resource upgrade that doubled the MRE at Pilgangoora was the same day NB announced he was stepping back from ED duties to go O/S.
So it got handed over to KB to announce. The timing is interesting IMO.

As mentioned in one of these posts, the development pathways between PLS/TNG have a few parallels & one of these was proposing to introduce a different processing technology. In PLS case this had MOUs with LIT for their Sileach process as far back as 2014 according to this report.

The Sileach process doesn't seem to have developed into a full size production facility although they continue to test/prove the process out, something NB would be conscious of - 6 years ago.
