Too right mate, ASX definitely need to stamp out such behaviour where directors are so obviously acting with self interest taking preference over the benefits to all SH's. I've lodged a complaint and hope others have too.
The ASX announcement reference is defintiely a concern - would seem to imply that NB doesn't beleive he can deliver on the tech that PB has been banging on about for years.
Will be an interesting 6 weeks to AGM.
