It is some years since I did this sort of thing so I am out of date.

that said my general understanding is that shareholders vote for directors, and then directors vote for chairman, vice chairman, etc.

I note that GW descriptor has also changed from proposed Chairman to proposed director, or something like that.

In reality I am not against GW, never meet him, and he maybe an excellent man, but I have been aware of NB for over 25 years.
I am not a shareholder have have not been for many years, just I can not stand BS, and people putting down a man that has had many many years of success in business. (might add and also a few failures)

has anyone really looked at his history here?

PLS is only recent history, his business go way back, and there is a trail of happy shareholders, including me out here.
