Getting the first plant built will be the hardest, but when this happens there will be a flow on effect = more interest, more customers wanting SMS to build more plants. It will make titano-magnetite resources with low grade Fe, Ti, V economic & supercharge profitability of higher grade resources of which there are also plenty.
Divestment, exploration of new tenements, developing lithium, gold or any such thing are distractions from the main game.
CLC->water->NTEPA->FID->Funding Grant has the drive to give this an excellent chance of success.
