Of course, I really hope that Visdom doesn't abstain this time, but votes for Grant and against Biddle.
Under no circumstances can they be happy that the Germans get a seat on the board. especially since Paul had refused Visdom a seat…. I have no idea how the Chinese see it….but with Visdom the votes should be enough for G.W.
