    If he's selling Norfolk to others and he's major player in Maui then it's in his best interest to get the best deal.
    Does he have a conflict of interest.???.??

    My two cents is the deals been done behind closed doors.

    As long as a bit of spring cleaning is done before end of year results
    Ie write downs .

    Don't hold anymore and just my simple option.
