I doubt that any of the recent Presidents actually carry much weight. The power brokers/advisors are the true decision makers.

I also think it is unfair to label Bush an idiot during this difficult time of the White House fire.

Apparently his personal libary in the White House was burnt to the ground.

Both books totally destroyed.

Bush was said to be devasted.

He had only finished colouring in one.
