Something about GWR is familiar: made its all time low Sept. 2016 - price action bounced early 2021, looks to be running out of puff to the downside with volume and price action increasing so is it ready for the swing higher?
The fundamentals sound OK as well, so onto the watch list it goes!
Daily chart: Some increased volume recently, with many indicators now looking good. If price action stays above say ~ .05 Cents then it looks worth a first tranche IMO ..
