Of course I acknowledge your right to hold an opposing view.

In fact I respect the fact that you do.

On a practical level ..we should realise by now you're not going to change my mind on GWR and i'm not going to change your or the FAS camps mind.
We'd be flogging a dead horse to even try.

So let's be more relaxed about things.

As a GWR supporter I'm trying to do that by remaining on this side of the fence as a goodwill gesture .. in the hope that courtesy is catchy.

If i can use this crude analogy to illustrate a point - I happen to be Greek Orthodox, although not devout I have a tacit agreement with a cousin who's a Jehovas Witness not to
bring up religion.

So we respect each other and love each other as all good cousins should ..and when we visit each other, to keep things harmonious, religion is hardly brought up.

Do you see what I'm getting at?
