FACT - THEY ARE the largest shareholder

FACT - they stand to benefit most from any increase in JORC !!!!

FACT - they will influence any future shareholder vote !!!

FACT - the board is strangled - a vote off of Willo, Marko, And ruddy means FAS will own 43%

FACT - 43% control is effectively GAME OVER !!!

FACT - The total merger will happen - there are 10 months left !!!!

FACT - another capital raising will be required to have any chance to stop merger - this will now be at 1.30 or less.
