    Well I am not sure how you expect to get Division 125 demerger tax relief from FAS. I expect the Commissioner would apply 45B and treat any in specie distribution of GWR shares as an unfranked dividend to FAS shareholders. You may want to throw that around at the pub with your tax agent.
