    Going by the latest Cash Flows GWR has $11,886,000 ($12m) @ 31 December 2023.
    After the sale goes through there will be another $32,000,000 in the bank.

    $12m + $32m = $44m
    With 321m shares on issue.

    $44m/321m SOI = $0.137
    Current share price $.092

    What am I missing here?
